Your Life360 Onboarding Homework

The work that makes
the next call matter.

This is the foundation of everything your Life360 team will build with you. Your honesty here is what allows Melina, Kekoa, Manny, Tina, and Adriana to walk into your strategy call already knowing you. Plan for 45 to 60 minutes. There is no rush. Every question matters.

Step One · About You

Tell us who we're building this with.

The basics so we know exactly who is on the other side of this submission.

Your progress saves automatically as you go. If you need to step away, just close the tab. When you return, this page will offer to resume your work. Saved progress stays in this browser on this device for 30 days. To finish your homework, please use the same browser on the same device.

All fields are required unless marked with Optional. Take your time. Every answer helps us coach you better.
Step Two · Real Estate & Coaching Focus

What you want to build.

Your goals, your timeline, and what you've already done. The more specific you are, the better we can build the path.

Step Three · Financial Snapshot

The honest numbers.

This is the foundation of every strategic decision we'll make together. Take your time. Be accurate. The numbers tell us where you actually are, which is the only place we can build from.

Step Five · Strengths, Values & Vision

Who you actually are.

The financial intake tells us your numbers. This step tells us your character. Take time with these answers. They become the language we use to coach you.

What are you genuinely great at? Be specific. "Builder, I construct systems and see them through" beats "hard worker."

Be honest. "All-or-nothing intensity, I sprint and burn out" beats "perfectionist."

The non-negotiables. The things you would walk away from money or status to protect.

Step Six · Financial Well-Being

Your relationship with money.

The numbers in Step 3 told us where you are. These questions tell us how you got there and where you're stuck. Honest answers here let the team meet you exactly where you actually are, not where you wish you were.

I have done over 250 flips and 200 multi-family units across four states. None of it started with a deal. It started with knowing my numbers cold. You cannot build real wealth on a shaky foundation. Get the numbers right first. Everything else follows.
Kekoa Lwin · Life360 Chairman and Co-Mentor

This stays between you and the team. We are not judging. We are meeting you where you are.

Your financial picture does not define you. What you do with it, starting now, does.

Step Seven · Emotional Well-Being

What is actually in the way?

The strategies are not the hard part. What we carry internally, the fears, the beliefs, the patterns we have built over a lifetime, that is what stops most people. The most brilliant investment plan in the world will not survive contact with an untended heart. Be honest with yourself here. That honesty is the foundation everything else gets built on.

I spent years pretending I had it all together. Turns out, the day I got honest about what I was actually carrying was the day I started actually moving forward. You cannot heal what you refuse to name.
Melina Boswell · Life360 Founder
Struggling significantlyThriving fully

Examples: I say yes to everything. I start strong and fade. I move the goalposts every time I get close. I compare myself and shrink.

Examples: "I'm not good with money." "I've already missed my window." "Hyper-independence keeps me safe."

Naming what has been running you in the dark is the first step to running it in the light. You just did something most people never do.

Step Eight · Physical Well-Being

Your body is your vehicle.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. The most disciplined investor in the world will underperform if they are running on stress, poor sleep, and no energy. Let us see where you are.

Your body is your business partner. It shows up to every deal, every negotiation, every hard conversation. When it is tired, you are tired. When it is strong, you are strong. This is not about six packs or marathons. It is about giving yourself the energy to actually live the life you are building.
Kekoa Lwin · Life360 Chairman, ISSA Certified Trainer
Needs significant attentionPerforming at my best

Don't promise yourself a six-day-a-week workout plan you'll quit in two weeks. Pick something so small you cannot say no to it.

Your body is paying attention. When you start treating it like the asset it is, it starts paying you back.

Step Nine · Relational Well-Being

Who is in your corner?

Your environment shapes everything. The relationships you are in, the people closest to you, the community you choose, all of it either accelerates or slows down your growth. Let us take an honest look.

Not everyone gets to come with you. That is a hard truth, but it is a true one. The relationships that carry you forward are the ones where love looks like honesty, support looks like accountability, and no one shrinks to make anyone else comfortable.
Melina Boswell · Life360 Founder
Feeling isolated or unsupportedDeeply connected and supported

The people around you are not accidents. They are invitations. The ones who walk forward with you are the ones worth walking with.

Homework submitted.
